The only thing standing between you and making your big idea happen is a trip (or two) to Michaels. This campaign “Turn ideas into I-did-its” was part of a full rebrand following OKRP’s winning AOR pitch in Spring of 2023. The spots, along with a few impassioned quotes from yours truly, were featured in AdAge.

As a part of this launch, I lead our design team in creating the new visual identity for Michaels. Aside from the logo and the brand Red, we were able to give the system a full refresh from top to bottom. The new brand book leans into the artful, tactile nature of the store experience – it’s bright, vibrant, textural, and has no shortage of glitter or multicolor pom poms.
